As a courtesy, the board offers Zoom and teleconference access for those unable to attend in person. If the internet service is interrupted or you experience technical difficulties, the meeting will continue.

Second Mutual 2026 Election
Mutual 2 has one Board position open for reelection in October.
The nomination period closed on July 26, 2026. Following the close of nomination, Eric Cheng withdrew his candidacy leaving Tieka Romanoff as the only qualified candidate for the position.
Because the number of qualified candidates does not exceed the number of available positions, and Second Walnut Creek Mutual has satisfied the applicable requirements for election by acclamation, no ballot election is required for this position.
Accordingly, Tieka Romanoff will be elected to the Second Walnut Creek Mutual Board of Directors by acclamation at the annual meeting on October 20, 2026.. No ballots will be distributed or voting by ballot conducted for this position.
The Board appreciates the participation of all members and candidates in the election process and thanks the membership for their continued involvement in the governance of Second Walnut Creek Mutual.
Second Mutual Website is Live
The Second Mutual Website is now live. Initially, registration and login will not be necessary for most of the site.
